The "Freight Car Forwarding (Excel) file above uses the methodology in the "Markov Chain Train Generator" article in the April 2020 OPSIG DIspatcher's Office. If you are interested in customizing the file for your own use, given I have time on my hands since retiring from my "day job", I am willing to assist. The Dispatcher Panel has not been in use since going to Timetable and Train Order, but is available for download by those interested in a computer analogy to a magnetic dispatcher's panel.
